Do you take one-time jobs, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Recurring contracts are most of what we do, but we also handle one-time work — post-construction cleanup, a move-out, a deep clean before an inspection, or emergency response after an incident. A one-time job does not obligate you to a contract afterwards.
Which service do I need if I just want the office kept clean?
Housekeeping Services. That is the recurring programme covering workstations, washrooms, kitchens, common areas and waste removal. Floor maintenance, window cleaning and sanitization are usually added to it rather than bought instead of it, depending on the building.
What areas do you cover?
Ottawa and the surrounding National Capital Region, including Kanata, Nepean, Gloucester, Orléans, Barrhaven and Stittsville. If your building sits outside that radius, call and ask — the answer depends on the size and frequency of the work.
Are your cleaners insured and screened?
Yes. Staff are screened before they are assigned to a building, trained on the specific site, and covered by our insurance. We can provide our certificate of insurance on request.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
By the building, not by a rate card. Square footage, frequency, the type of space, the flooring and how much traffic the building takes all change the number. That is why the site assessment comes first — we would rather walk the space and quote accurately than give you a number that changes after we arrive.
